Hi, I'm Jeremy Burke.

I've been telling stories my whole career — first in words, now in light.

After 20 years as a newspaper publisher and 15 years as a photojournalist, I've learned that the most powerful stories aren't always told with words. Sometimes it's the split second a pelican folds its wings before hitting the water. The way fog wraps around a lighthouse at 5am. The moment a wave collapses into itself and the ocean goes still — just for a breath.

That's what I chase.

From the Newsroom to the Oregon Coast

I'm a multiple award-winning photojournalist who spent the last seven years turning that same eye and discipline toward fine art landscape photography. I'm self-taught in fine art — which means I've made every mistake there is to make, and learned exactly how to fix them.

I shoot between 5,000 and 20,000 images every single month. Most of them never see the light of day. The ones that do have earned it.

What I Make

Every print I sell is made by me, personally. No fulfillment warehouse. No outsourced production. I do it all myself, and I inspect every piece before it ships.

Canvas Prints

My canvas prints are produced on a premium cotton canvas substrate coated with a UV-protective sealant — the same archival standard used in professional galleries. After printing, I hand-stretch every single canvas myself and sign each one. When it arrives at your door, it's ready to hang and built to last generations.

Art Cards™

My Art Cards™ started with a simple question: what happens to greeting cards after you open them? You stick them on the fridge for a week, then file them away forever. I wanted to change that. An Art Cards™ is a Gicleé fine art print on museum-quality luster paper with 100+ year-rated archival inks. Sized so that once it's matted, it becomes a standard 11×14 piece of wall art. It ships with a stamped envelope, a note card, and instructions. It's a greeting card designed to be a gift that lasts a lifetime.

Art Reproductions

I photograph original artwork — paintings, drawings, mixed media — and produce museum-quality fine art reproductions that capture every brushstroke, texture, and detail with precision. This is work I've been doing quietly for years for artists, galleries, and collectors who need archival-quality records of their originals.

Every reproduction is shot under controlled lighting, color-calibrated to the original, and delivered as a high-resolution file ready for professional printing — or I can print them directly. Pricing starts at $30 per piece with a 4-piece minimum. Reach out to discuss your project.

Why I Price the Way I Do

When you buy directly from Jeremy Burke, you're buying from the photographer who took the shot, printed it by hand in his studio, and signed it before it shipped. No gallery taking 50%. No print lab guessing at color calibration. No markup to cover someone else's overhead. What you pay reflects what it actually costs to produce museum-quality work — and nothing more.

I believe fine art should be accessible. The quality here is the same archival standard you'd find in any serious gallery. The price reflects the work — not the wall it hangs on.

My work spans the full range of what the Pacific Northwest offers: water, wildlife, panoramics, trees, seascapes, sunrises, macro, night skies, and the everyday heroes I get the privilege of photographing — Coast Guard crews, firefighters, the people who show up when it matters most.
